1. Eligible Returns

Certain products such as Islamic clothing (e.g., abaya, jubba) and Islamic accessories (e.g., tasbih, topi) may be returned if they meet all of the following criteria:

Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
The item is in original sale condition and free of damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Perfumes
Attars
Alcohol-free fragrance oils

These items are final sale and no return or refund will be accepted after delivery, even if unopened.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for eligible items, please follow these steps:

Your Order Number
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

2. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions, including the return address.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

•If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
•Shipping charges, COD fees, and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for the eligible item.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order on the Website.
